Another review wrote that it had a thick consistency and smelled unusual, but my experience for all of my shipments has been quite the opposite. The consistency is easy to pour, a bit thinner than shampoo (identical to the consistency of other liquid detergents), and there is absolutely no odor. Although I can buy this in the huge bottles at the local warehouse store, I prefer these small bottles because my family has an easier time pouring it with one hand, so it doesn't make a messy puddle on top of the washer. I highly recommend this product. I don't know what happened to the other reviewer, maybe their batch got too hot during shipment.

I have been using All for more than 10 years and I have never considered changing and going to an alternate product. The HE version of the product has been even better than the original incantation and I have no complaints whatsoever especially since it is magically arriving via UPS to my doorstep. My only complaint is that the price should be lower, but what product is not over priced?

Terrible Packing - John -
This review is not for the product per se, but the whole experience. The laundry detergent is fine: my clothes go in to the washer slightly soiled, and come out slightly clean. Haven't had any problems with the detergent. The problem lies with the packing and handling:br /br /Order 1: Used Amazon prime, so was expecting it in 2 days. 7 days later, no sign of the package. I look up the tracking info, and it has been returned to sender because package was damaged in transit. So, I had to place the order again.br /br /Order 2: Place the order again, but this time there was no option for 2 day shipping. So, took the regular one, and again 10 days later, no sign of the package. This one also has been returned to sender due to damage in transit. As before, repeat the order.br /br /Order 3: This time, the package finally arrives. Unfortunately, the bottles are all over the place and it is leaking. But I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it, so wiped down the bottles and salvaged what I could.br /br /To top it all, I was charged for all 3 shipments, and had to call amazon to get a refund. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying this product from amazon. If they could get the shipping hassles sorted out, it would be worthwhile.
